Dr David Pilsbury

Secretary to the Commission and Chief Development Office at OIEG. Former DVCI at Coventry University.

David sits on the advisory boards of JISC, China-Britain Business Council, Times Higher Education, StudyPortals, EURIE, UK ENIC, Emirates Aviation University and Macao Millenium College. He was the founding CEO of the Worldwide Universities Network, HEFCE Head of Research Policy and spent several years in the City after a D.Phil at Oxford.
